This website is operated by Ivaaj, a trading brand of THREADS BY MHK LTD. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ivaaj. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.

We aim to present accurate descriptions, dimensions, finishes and images of our furniture. Colours and finishes may appear different depending on lighting and screen settings. Please review measurements, access requirements and product details before ordering. Where assembly is required, this will depend on the product information provided.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may contact you if information needs clarification or if an item is unavailable. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept the order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and arrange any refund due.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), unless otherwise stated. The total payable amount, including any applicable delivery charges, is displayed during checkout. We may change listed prices for future orders, but will not change the agreed price of an accepted order without your agreement. Payments are handled through the payment options available at checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery options, estimated timeframes and charges are shown where available on the product page or at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed. Please provide accurate delivery details and tell us promptly about any access restrictions that may affect furniture delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will communicate with you and respect your applicable legal rights.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our published Returns & Refund Policy explains our stated returns process and conditions. Our FAQs also describe our stated order-cancellation process, including the 72-hour request window. These policies do not limit or exclude any statutory rights that apply to your purchase, including rights concerning cancellation, faulty goods or goods not as described. 7. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if anything is damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs to help us investigate. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection law.
8. Use of our website
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. Website text, imagery and branding may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law.
