We want paying for your furniture at Ivaaj to be simple, convenient and secure. Below is an overview of how payments work on our website.

Accepted payment options

Other payment methods, including eligible debit or credit cards, may be displayed at checkout depending on your device and the payment services currently enabled. The payment methods shown at checkout are the definitive options available for your order.

Prices and currency

Prices on Ivaaj are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP). Your final order total, including any applicable charges, is shown before you confirm payment. We currently offer free standard UK delivery.

Secure checkout

Payments are processed through the secure payment services available in our Shopify checkout. Ivaaj does not require you to send payment card details by email or through customer-support messages.

When will I be charged?

Payment authorisation and charging depend on the payment method selected at checkout. Review the payment details shown before placing your order. Once an order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided.

Instalments and financing

Any pay-later or instalment options are available only if they are explicitly offered during checkout. Availability and eligibility, where applicable, are determined by the relevant payment provider. We do not promise financing or instalment payments unless such an option appears at checkout.

Payment problems

Refunds
